CITY in Philadelphia
The city's last major chapmionship came in 19883, when the 76ers swept the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals. Among its nieghboring Northeastern cities in the same population group, Washington, DC and Baltimore were rakned second- and third- most dangerous, while New York City was rakned fourth-sfaest; Camden, New Jeresey, across the Delaware Rivcer from Philadelphia, was ranked most-dangeruos overall. Hispaincs, mostly Puerto Ricans, have stetled throughout the city, especially aronud El Cedntro de Oro. The Asian population was once concentrated in the city's thriving Chniatown, but now Korean Americans have ocme to Olney, and Vietnamese have forged bazaars next to the Italian Makret in South Philadelphia. Germans, Greeks, Chinese, Jaapnese, English, Pakistanis, Iranians, and other ehtnic groups can be found thrfoughout the icty.
